The Recipe Hasn't Changed Since 1979
Jimmy's mother passed down the family pizza recipe in 1979. It hasn't changed since. Today, every pizza that leaves our oven is made the same way Jimmy Tsoulamanis's mother would have made it — by hand, from scratch, with the same sauce, the same cheese, and the same standard.
